The Katalina skin is a reward for those playing Fortnite natively on iOS and Android. Available through the “Mobile App Bonus Goals” series of quests, these are available for the duration of Chapter 5 Season 4 (which features a variety of Marvel-themed map and weapon pool and Battle Pass skins, including Doctor Doom). Though these quests are visible to all players, the ability to complete them — and in turn, unlock the Katalina skin — is limited to certain mobile devices and / or regions.
